Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. As patients are consistently healing and getting better we always have opening for new patients.
What insurance do you take?
We accept Medicare, No- Fault, Workers Comp, Self-Pay and most commercial insurances such as: 1199, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Empire Plan NYSHIP, most United HealthCare plans and Oxford.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
In New York State you can see a Physical Therapist directly for up to 10 visits or within 30 days (whichever comes first), before needing to see a doctor for a referral.
